Summary: The signage to get into the parking lot was less than desirable. Once in, there was no sign over the door to indicate an entrance. The clerk neglected to mention that our room was on the other side of the building and that we should move our car there.

Summary: Very good stay for 5 days but would like if the sheet where changed at least we have clean towels almost daily but over all very good and clean

Summary: The breakfast options could have been better. The room has handprints on the head board and should have been cleaned. For a non smoking room, it smelled like smoke. The towels could have been more fresh smelling. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable.

Summary: The room we received was not good. There were cigarette burns on the blanket and stains. The room was dark even with the lights on. We didnt stay, we checked out right away. Disappointing.

Summary: this was the second room I reserved for our business trip. As I stated before the room had too much noise from outside, we had knocking on our doors around midnight with no one there, the breakfast assortment was poor, the need to resolve an extra employee showing up on the second night of the stay was expensive. They did not have any other bedding materials except what was already on the bed and they did not have any cots to place in the room either. so I ended up having to Pay Cash for getting another room which was much higher than what I originally paid for the other rooms. Very disappointing stay. Couldnt sleep at night with the noise and the interuptions of the knocking on the doors.

Summary: Burn marks on bed linens. Room smelled of smoke. I couldn’t stay the night. I drove home 2 hours instead of staying the night.

Summary: I had two rooms reserved and needed an extra room on the second night of our stay since another business member had arrived. I went to ask if they had a cot or extra blankets and bedding and was told that they only had enough bedding supplies for the number of beds on location ( I guess if you soil your bedding you are out of luck to get it replaced) So I asked if there was another room available and was told that there was one room and the price would be $160.00 (much more than I paid for my original two rooms) and that I could only pay for it with CASH. I had to utilize an ATM in order to get the money to pay. We also were very disappointed with the items that were available for breakfast. Very few selections, coffee was syrup, and the area was not maintained with refills of any items available, poor selection was very limited. yogurt was all vanilla with no choices
